About Tom Zeeb facebook Twitter LinkedIn

Within only a few years, Tom has built a real estate company that does dozens of deals annually with an average profit of $24,736 per deal. In the past three years alone, his businesses have generated revenues of more than one million dollars.

An outspoken advocate of using modern technology to enhance business and lifestyle, Tom has structured his business in a way that allows him to operate remotely from anywhere in the world.

Tom got started in real estate investing in 2001. After making many mistakes and nearly getting wiped out by tenants and toilets, he started to research “nothing down” and other creative investing techniques to find a better way of investing. After discovering wholesaling, his real estate business and lifestyle took off and he’s never looked back.

Today, Tom’s passion for people and entrepreneurship, along with his business savvy, have created a powerful foundation for the Capital Area REIA & RealEstateDealCoaching.com.

Tom believes wholesaling (and business in general) needs to have a strong customer service focus. He works hard to create true win-win solutions for both his sellers and buyers. The same successful approach is taught and evidenced with his mentoring students.Tom has helped hundreds of aspiring entrepreneurs achieve their personal, business and financial goals during the past few years and is committed to continuing to change lives.

About Carolina Zeeb facebook Twitter LinkedIn

Carolina is a full time investor and wholesaler who focuses on the Latino community in the DC metro area. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, she moved to the US in 2001 after receiving a BA in Business from the University of La Sabana.

She worked as an Event Planner for an association in DC before becoming a certified Loan Officer for the Latino division of a large mortgage company.

Carolina started investing in real estate part-time in 2003. Her first deal paid out more than what she was being paid at her job. Therefore, within one year she was able to quit her job and live the life she dreamed of.

Carolina is Vice President of Capital Area REIA and an active part of the Profitable Partnerships real estate wealth mentoring team. She enjoys helping students do deals and seeing their lives change through real estate just like hers changed.

She also offers Spanish language support services to other investors who need help with their Latino clients.

Carolina is very happy that real estate allows her to have time for the best of both worlds: business and family.

Carolina & Tom started their family with the birth of their first son Thomas Anthony, who was born shortly after Carolina went into labor at the Capital Area REIA January 2009 meeting!
